OUR STORY
Romwasa began with a simple idea that local wisdom and natural resilience could inspire a new kind of skincare. In Phichit, a province often challenged by floods, we saw opportunity in what nature had already adapted to survive. The Java plum (Syzygium cumini), a flood-resistant fruit long valued in Thai herbal tradition, became our starting point.
What began as a small experiment in community-based production soon grew into a social enterprise that blends science with sustainability. By transforming locally harvested Java plums into gentle, nourishing body care products for sensitive skin, we created more than skincare.
